Our agricultural customer came to us with a need for a specific solution. A cattle handling tool had been created for use in a very specialized part of the cattle business. However, the tool was notoriously troublesome. Its handle was slippery and hard to hold without sliding, which made using it and getting tasks done frustrating and difficult.
Midwest Rubber engineers developed a PVC elastomer coating for the handle of the cattle handling tool that had a grit-like finish, and modified the tool using our dip coating process. The result was a greatly improved tool which is much easier to hold while working. The material is easy to keep clean, as well.
